7 Things You Never Knew About Me

I have not been great at updating my blog but I promise to be better! I saw that I was "tagged" on Jamie's blog to do this so I thought I should probably do it! ;-) I tend to be an open book so I am not sure I can come up with 7 things but here we go:

1) Jamie-I never knew you were scared of the Ocean-Dave read that and said "It must run in the family!" because, I, too, am terrified of the Ocean! Sitting on the beach is just fine for me! I actually have a shark phobia. I wouldn't even play "shark" in the pool. I would get out.

2) I want to own a bright yellow Corvette someday. (Yes, yellow)

3) I LOVE Little House on the Prairie (still to this day) and secretly wanted to be Laura growing up.

4) I am a HORRIBLE sleeper. Insomniac. It drives me crazy to watch my husband sleep so peacefully.

5) I LOVE pregnancy and childbirth and love to hear all of the gory details of women's experiences. I want to be an ObGyn in my next life-in this life I will settle for getting my Doula certificate. (Someday, I WILL do that!)

6) When I was in NYC, I ran into (literally bumped into) Kim Fields and really had to resist the urge to say, Pardon me, Tootie!(From Facts of Life for those of you not familiar!)

7) I LOVE Ireland and will visit there someday.

This was fun. I am going to try to do some of the other posts I have seen on Jamie and Abby's blog! Maybe I will be able to keep my posts better that way! I still need to post more pics...

One just never knows who might show up on a blog, but here I be! I so enjoyed reading all your news and look forward to more! Give your precious children a hug, tell Mr. David Hey Dude, and remind your mother I'd love to hear from her. My girls and their families live nearby, and Mr. Kevin is teaching in VA though still lives in NC. I send my love. gc/Kirkland, WA
